ABSTRACT
The new curriculum for the preschool education offers the child the possibility of proper integration in the kindergarten daily life and later in the school and social life.
The preschool period brings major changes in different aspects of the child’s life (such as the relational one); The new demands that emerge with the child’s first steps into the kindergarten, carry along with them new interactions with other people, with other types of sensations and types of thinking and actions which can affect on a superficial or profound level his behavior, modify his attitudes and feelings. New effects can appear, effects such as: imitation, contagion, cooperation, conflicts, collective enthusiasm or collective apathy, tensed or relaxed states.
The preschool group needs to be closely studied, with one of the most important thing being the psycho-social dimensions of the group as social group. These dimensions are very important because they represent the base of the future psycho-social dimensions of the actual school group, which from the same perspective (the one of the psycho-social pedagogy) can be analyzed as a social group.
If we have an authentic knowledge of the specificity of the preschool group and if we take advantage of all the educational influences (including the psycho-social variables), this group can become a real „collective”/ („family”) during the 3 years of kindergarten.
My main goal for this paper is a proper knowledge and examination of the preschool group which can be analyzed as a social group with standard (specific) patterns, which are determined by the age of the preschool group.
Required subcomponent skills for school: verbal ability, logical-mathematical ability, practical skills, creativity.

Keywords: social group, preschool group, interpersonal relationships, sociometric test.

ABSTRACT
We know that aggression is part of the current problems of the school. Therefore, helping the children to prevent and combat this phenomenon should concern both educators and parents of children. This paper describes such collaboration and its beneficial effects on the understanding and control of aggression in preschool.

EFFECTIVE CONFLICT RESOLUTION TECHNIQUES FOR PRESCHOOLERS AND YOUNG SCHOOL CHILDREN

ABSTRACT
Preschoolers and young school children have many conflicts because they still are learning how to socialize and still are very self-centered. Conflict is a common occurrence for children. By teaching young children conflict resolution, you are giving them the skills they need to peacefully resolve their conflicts without the help of an adult. Of course, the adult is a key player while teaching and modeling how conflict resolution works, but eventually the adult will be needed less and less. Teachers must give children conflict resolution skills so that they can effectively resolve their own conflicts. Without conflict, children would not learn important life skills such as judging emotional interactions with others, learning personal boundaries, facing future problems, and learning important conflict resolution skills. Conflict resolution is a learned skill; it takes practice. Rock-Paper-Scissors, I-Messages, Peace Path and Conflict Managers are four conflict resolution techniques for young children.

Keywords: conflict, conflict resolution techniques, conflict resolution skills, preschoolers, young school children, Rock-Paper-Scissors, I-Messages, Peace Path, Conflict Managers.
