Abstract
The correlation of several dimensions of the emotionally growing up offers us a dynamic picture of a preschooler’s personality: an active, curious, empathetic, communicative, emotionally open, psychologically prepared to face the changes and challenges that school will bring. If we multiply the opportunities of the formative intervention in the sphere of cognitive and motivational processes of a preschooler, through techniques of appealing provocative, non-binding approach, in order to please the child, we will help 5 year old preschoolers and their parents to improve their acquisitions and increase their capacities to prevent school adaptation difficulties.

Key words: educational intervention, school adaptation, cognitive processes, difficulties.

It contains 34 activities that run over the entire school year, applied to all educational stages with the appropriate age variation. The purpose of this intervention plan is to increase the degree of the group cohesion by using different socio-emotional intelligence exercises. It follows the development of networking skills, the control over their own emotions as well as identifying and managing other people’s emotions. The suggested plan represents an inductive learning through discovery, where all the children’s observations come from their own meaningful experiences.
